RETURN POLICY
We want you to feel happy and 100% secure about
shopping with SHOEBACCA.com. If you aren't completely satisfied with your
purchase, you can return your eligible merchandise for a full refund.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
SHOEBACCA purchases are eligible for returns up to 30 days after the original date of purchase. Refunds are for the original purchase price plus any applicable tax. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Items indicated as Final Sale of Exchange Only merchandise are sold as-is and do not qualify for returns. Final Sale items include gift cards. Items part of a site-wide sale or promotion are eligible for return unless otherwise stated. Socks and underwear may be returned ONLY if packaging is unopened. All returns must be in unworn condition including the manufacturer's box with original tags. Items returned without the original tags or manufacturer’s box may not qualify for a refund. Returns may only be done in the country of purchase.
We offer free return shipping is free but shipping fees on the original order are not refundable.

EXCHANGE POLICY
You also have the option to exchange an eligible item instead of returning it for a refund. Final Sale merchandise is sold as-is and is not eligible to exchange. Items marked as Exchange Only may be exchanged for the same item in a different size.

If you received the item as a gift, provide us with some information about the gift and the gift giver here and our team will assist you with the exchange.
EXCHANGE PROCESSING
We offer 2 options of exchange processing to best serve your needs.Â

Instant Exchanges: If you need your item quickly, instant exchanges are the fastest way to receive your replacement item. Most instant exchanges will ship within 1 – 2 business days. You must return the original item in the original condition and packaging within 7 days of the date of your exchange using the free return label provided. If after 7 days the carrier has not received your original item, SHOEBACCA will charge the default payment method or the original payment method for the cost of the replacement item. If you later return the replacement item, a refund for that item (minus any shipping charges from the original order) will be issued as store credit.

Mailed Exchanges: These exchanges allows up to 30 days for you to return your original item in the original packaging and condition. The replacement item is shipped once your return is received and processed. This exchange option provides you more flexibility with shipping but does not guarantee the replacement item will be in stock at the time of shipping. In these cases, a refund for the original item is issued to either the original payment method or a store credit.
110% PRICE MATCH
SHOEBACCA promises to have the best price for any item on our site. If you find a lower price on an item available in the same brand, color, and size on another qualifying retailer’s website before placing your SHOEBACCA.com order, SHOEBACCA will match the retail prices with standard shipping fees as well as 10% of the price difference.Â

For example, if an item on our website is $80 and is available on a qualifying retailer’s website at $50 plus $5 standard shipping fee ($55 total selling price), we will price match the total item at $52.50 and provide free standard shipping.

When you are ready to place your order, contact us and the Customer Care Team will assist you with placing your order at the adjusted price.

If you receive a price match on an item and later need to exchange the item for a different size, we will honor the price you paid on the original order. Please note, this will not apply if exchanging for a different color or item.

We are unable to match prices from auction websites, membership or club websites, outlet websites, non-U.S. based websites, discount websites, third-party markets, and resellers on Amazon.com. We also do not price match other qualifying retailer’s site-wide promotional discounts, coupons, bundle offers, rebates, or mail-in offers.

A price match cannot be combined with certain other offers or discounts, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be applied to gift cards or previous purchases. Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders. Other restrictions may apply.
PRICE PROMISE POLICY
If you the price of an item you purchased from SHOEBACCA.com within the last 14 days has been reduced, you may contact us to request a refund for the difference.Â

For example, if you purchase an item on the 5th day of the month from Shoebacca.com for $50 and on the 15th day of the month the price on SHOEBACCA.com is $45 you may request a refund for the difference of $5 as long as the item is still available in the same brand, color, and size. If eligible, you will receive a refund for the difference plus any applicable sales tax. We cannot apply discount codes or site-wide promotions offered after you make a purchase.

If you receive a price promise refund on an item and later need to exchange the item for a different size, we will honor the reduced price. Please note, this will not apply to an exchange for a different color or item.Â

The price promise refund must be issued to the original payment method used on the initial order. A price promise cannot be combined with certain other offers or discounts, and cannot be applied to gift cards or shipping costs. Other restrictions may apply.
FREE SHIPPING
Shoebacca provides FREE economy shipping on ALL orders within the continental US. Some orders may not qualify for economy shipping due to size or destination. Shoebacca does not ship to international destinations, PO boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or correctional facilities. Some orders may qualify for expedited shipping at no charge.

UPS is our preferred shipping partner. With free shipping, most orders are received within 5 business days. You also have the option to upgrade to standard or express shipping.

We strive to ship your order within 1-2 business days. However, during high volume periods this process could take up to 7 business days.Â
